cursed mark level 2,he already had it before the time skip.
juugo doesn't have a sage mode,his cells have an ability to absorb natural energy passively that's all.he has nothing to do with ryochidou.
also sasuke barely know a thing about sage mode(check the uchiha bros VS kabuto fight)he was completely clueless about it.if he pulls SM in the middle of battle,which is a skill that requires training and practice to use,i call that one of the biggest PNJ to ever see in the manga.
in the other hand,kirin being made solely from natural energy might affect obito.

He meant that when sasuke and his crew fought bee, the second time that sasuke was wonded in the fight, bee blew his chest up, and jugoo healed him by pumping his cursed dna into sasuke, and by jugoo giving so much, he became a kid, but that was only till he regained his strength back.

OT: no sasuke wont get sage mode, he did not even know how it worked, as seen in the last chapter.

I agree with this though, the rest is all wrong.

juugo is the origin of the cursed mark,his cells' ability of absorbing natural energy passively without balancing it with the physical and spiritual energy(and that's what's needed to have a sage mode) is what made his jutsus stronger but not as strong as a real SM user,in the end the cursed mark is just a SM rip-off that can't match the real deal's power.

second spoiler it was kabuto who was talkingZzzmeans sasuke only knew about it like hours ago.
so in the end you're saying sasuke might get the cursed mark again,not a real sage mode,well then that's possible,but i doubt sasuke will give orochimaru another chance to enter his body throught the cursed seal again.
