How come naruto in sage mode was able to dodge raikage hell stab but got hit by madara? is madara faster than the raikage? or can sage mode only dodge a linear movement attack?

Plot naruto was "tired" even though he went full power not a minute later. He also seemed to be scared of madara also due to plot

Naruto's speed/power is mainly plot/inconsistent (if it was the fights wouldn't be fun/short).

advice : look for consistency in the rest of the characters/anyone other than the two lead characters (Naruto/Sasuke).

as for Madara's Speed, he had no idea that Maddy was attacking with speed..... SM cant predict , SM can sense

It was unexpected. Naruto went rushing in towards Sandaime Raikage with a Rasengan to match the Raikage who went at him with Hell Stab. Naruto was anticipating the strike and as soon as he felt the danger, he reacted to dodge and counterattack.

While for Madara, Naruto was standing still and not expecting a blitz like he was for Sandaime. Though Madara did form a hand sign before using shunshin on Sai and Naruto so we see that Naruto only had enough time to block but not react fast enough to get out of the way.

No, you don't have to be prepared. Naruto demonstrates that when he pushes Kakashi out of the way from the Juubi attack. He knew Madara's attack was coming, that's why he blocked. But Madara was too quick when he acted, Naruto could sense the danger coming but couldn't react time in time to dodge or get away. While against Sandaime, he knew the danger was coming from the start and used SM to enhance his reflexes which allowed him to counterattack Sandaime.

anyways. i don't know how naruto didn't dodge it. i mean. SM senses danger right? i think SM repels or something since its both coming from natural energy. nature doesn't sees nature as an enemy

Naruto reacted to madara by blocking his punch/kick whatever, madara was just powerful enough to push back naruto
