so if Jman is not a full sage because he gets an ugly face and frog feet, why is kabuto a perfect sage? he looks pretty scaly and not perfect to me too..

hes already scaly without the sage mode lol
But we dont really know enough about it yet to determine if Kabuto's is perfect or not

He already had scales to begin with from orochimaru's dna
Naruto he gained an orange tint around his eyes
Kabuto just grew horns i believe

i doubt hes perfect, but we dont know enough about dsm to say either way, all senjutsu knowledge we have is based on toad sages so far, and even that is limited

hes not perfect hes mixed up with so many dna of others ...particularly of jugos which he needed to be on non stop sm ...naruto is perfect coz he did not do anything to alter his body ...but kabutos power is awesome considering so many dna he has now
