I say Raikage. While the sensing would help I don't he could keep up with Ay's speed. I only barely surpassed Ay when he was in KCM.

Only unintelligent people will think that any version of fourth Raikage will ever win against Sage Mode Naruto.

Being sage and able to moving freely without need to worry about charging are basically god level, not to mention Ma and Pa alone are stronger than most ninja and they are high kage level.

Raikage are known for speed but they are not even close to being the strongest since there are so many ninja being slower but much stronger than Raikage. Also by your logic Raikage should able to make out of Madara fight unharmed :lol but not, he is just nearly died :lol

Ay can react to enton & even avoid it. Sage mode enhances speed but it doesnt compare to ay lightening armor. So naruto would most likely go for a counter attack or use ma & pa to trap him in genjustu.

OT: SM Naruto got blitzed by blind Madara, who is light years behind Ay in speed. If my memories also correct me, KCM Naruto said that few punches from V1 Ay would murder him. It's clear that Ay butchers SM Naruto.
