Not sure about that, but since ms sasuke doesn't have that particular feat (susanoo flame control) I'll agree.
I still think he can block rasen shuriken though. A direct hit didn't even completely destroy kakuzu so susanoo should survive it, and I really do think it could deflect it.

. Naruto have a 100% FRS that gets powered up with Senjutsu. I don't think it would destroy final Susanoo but see it doing some damage.

oh he needs EMS to fight base Naruto huh? Naruto knew Sasuke was going to get more power and Sasuke knew Naruto would as well, both read the others mind when they clashed as Naruto stated. This is Shown when Naruto notes Sasuke's new eyes and Amaterasu while Sasuke notes Kurama chakra when controlled and neither are surprised.
