Well Itachi is the worst possible match up for Naruto, because Naruto has no means to defend himself against genjutsu, and Itachi is the greatest genjutsu user.

If you were to take away all genjutsu from Itachi then this fight would be much more even, otherwise Itachi wins every time.

even though im not sure myself, i hate how everyone keeps saying naruto is stupid. they treated him in god-knows-how many fights as a dumb failure, but he managed to use his cunning, trickery, and cleverness to beat them. i dont think he is stupid, but he just has a thick and boisterous personality.

and think about it. everyone thinks hes stupid, but naruto ends up defeating them in the end. however, itachi is a friggin genius. im not going to undersell him either.

now lets look at the thread.
sage mode naruto is amazing, and grants naruto many abilities(like chucking huge rhinos about the size of a plane hundreds of feet in the air, and he actually managed to kill 5 of the 6 paths of pain. however, itachi has his ms, with all of its techniques.
