Naruto can fight with his eye closed/blind genjutsu is not a factor and with ma's sound dust amaterau is nullified and itachi's sight is hindered. Alive itachi can't keep susano up for long. FYI there is nothing like healthy itachi, there is only sick & die'in itachi and edi itachi ony edo itachi can win this match.

Defence which he can only keep up for a few mins. Sm naruto is very good with wrestling big things anyway, wrestle and lift kurama(something bigger and faster than itachi's susano) also throw that rhino into the sky like nothing, mind you itachi can only use one ms tech @ a time.

Is this war arc SM naruto? If so he wins. RS would force itachi into susanno, and naruto can keep on bombing him. If necessary he can summon all toads. Since it has been stated that someone with a frog contract can summon all frogs. Naruto can also fight with his eyes closed making genjutsu useless. With clones he can make Amaterasu useless since itachi won't know which one is the real one.
