Naruto Takes This

Its true, Naruto in SM can't keep up with Raikages Max Speed (Madara is the only one that can besides Higher version of Naruto), But Raikage dont have anything that would be a kill blow to SM Naruto. Once Raikage attacks Naruto, Naruto would be able to grab hold of him while a Clone hits him with a Rasengan variant. Naruto also has Gama Ranbu which Raikage can't possibly stop if Ma and Pa prepare it while in the mouth of Gamabunta or some other summon.
