More so, Sasuke actually saved up his Chakura and used a simple Katon to counter that summoning, there was no need to waste Chakura by using Amaterasu on it.

Was Naruto fighting when Sasuke suppressed Kurama? No, Naruto was preparing to suppress Kurama himself, in a fight Naruto just start using the power as he did chasing Deidara or fighting Orochimaru when he went from 1 tail to 3 tails. It was only when he in a time of emotional turmoil that Kurama took that chance to persuade Naruto to use more power. Sasuke only surpress power that Naruto wasn't going to use, you have no proof of Sasuke could do it if Naruto was using that power instead of pushing that power away.
No it's not ABC logic, what did Sasuke have that could hurt 4 tails when 1 slash of the hand wiped out Orochimaru's swarm of snakes that had daggers coming out their mouth. His sword that cut things couldn't even Pierce the 4 tails. 1 touch and Sasuke could get his hand burned off like Orochimaru's Snake/hand.
How I come with the conclusion of him not using Amaterasu on them is simple, Sasuke has no info on them, whenever he fought Naruto he would look down at Naruto from his superiority complex that he's shown is many of their fights. Also Naruto would have them on his shoulders. Here you're wrong, Naruto made a Rasengan then dash at the 3rd Raikage and evaded right before the attack was going to hit him and counter. Again, Sasuke doesn't just use jutsus as you say for no reason. He has no knowledge about frog kata to use body chidori. Did he use body chidori on Mei, Kabuto, Juubito, Itachi or Madara when he was in close combat? If he had intel then he'll use it but he's not going to use something he doesn't feel he needs too when he already views himself stronger than most people cause he's an Uchiha.
