She didn't change gravity in some spots. That would mean that Kakashi and Obito should hit the ground immediately after getting to the same area Naruto and Sasuke were. When she said she made adjustments, it was more likely to her bones to help projection, probably altering the density. If she could effect the gravity, why would she keep herself pinned down or even shoot from afar? She'd just hold them down and just walk up to them and kill them.

Yall are making this more complicated than it is. It's just basic gravity.

When Naruto and Sasuke dodged the first attack, their dowward momentum forced them harder to the ground. During that time, Kakashi and Obito had enough time to get to their feet. It's a lot harder to go directly against gravity and get to your feet, then move laterally to dodge an attack than it is to already be on your feet and create lateral movement.

That's why kakashi and obito could move better at that time. They were just on their feet already. Naruto and Sasuke weren't pinned down. They were just thrown to the ground due to the combination of increased gravity and their own momentum, which made it harder to move and gave them less time to react a second time

Later it could be that gravity affected her for moment yet or it takes huge amount of chakra so she was drained and had problem to move. Literally the stupidest thing I've read regarding this subject. The answer is simple. It's basic law of gravity. It accounts and explains everything that happened. Why are you reaching so hard for an alternative explanation? Is it that you feel silly for not seeing something so obvious? You don't like how easy and simple the truth is? Or you just want to argue? You can stick to your "maybes" and loose explanations with even looser ends.
