Definitely not, Sasuke is always made to be Naruto's equal e.g. fox cloak= three tomoe sharingan, fox rasengan=Curse seal 2 chidori, ms=sm/km,ems=bm

That's what I think too but the speed Naruto had in BM is not even funny LOL he runs SO FAST HE'S LIKE WOOOOOOOOOSH

Also Naruto said that he's not enough strong to defeat Sasuke but didn't said he was going to get defeated. Also it would come to who has more stamina since MS Sasuke = SM Naruto, and it is obvious that Naruto has more stamina.
