SM Naruto would win. When he was in Sage Mode he was able to defeat 5 paths of pain and pain>>kisame. He could summon all his toads if needed and I'm not positive but I don't believe the Samehada would be able to handle the nature chakra

How? Naruto can spam clones, his nature chakra can't be absorbed without hurting Kisame and Samehada, and Naruto is way faster than him and likely stronger as well. The only thing that Kisame had going for him was his ability to absorb Naruto's ninjutsu but Naruto in SM is more than a match in taijutsu.

The stone toads at the mountain naruto was training at were humans who failed when mastering senjutsu, i didnt say toads are humans. Samahada is a shark like animal so absorbing Nature chakra should be no problem. At least state reasons not just this>that because of fanboy reasons.

Who does it give that chakra to? Kisame. One or both of them will be turned to stone.

There nothing to say that Kisame cant take Nature chakra since he can fuse with his animal sword pretty much the same way jiraya can fuse with the frogs.
