well if we look at the feats between the modes. Sage mode seems to not over power the other modes but is moreversatile. The pure power of KCM want enough against the third raikage. Even with sasukes enton combined they couldn't scratch jubito. But a simple rasengan put him on the ground. I believe sage mode Naruto could think of a way to beat KCM Naruto almost if not every time because sage mode seems to have more benefits, like sensory skills (I know Naruto can sense evil intent in KCM), reaction time, senjutsu chakra also sage mode Naruto seems to be more tactical than the KCM Naruto that just tries to over power his opponent.

Naruto should now be able to merge without the nine tails agitating the frog's chakra. SM gives you an unlimited amount of chakra and extensive heal to non vital wounds. But with naruto's current abilities BM is better.

So by that logic sage mode has advantage over a full bijuu so the only disadvantage to a jinnchurki is genjutsu because the bijuu has a link other than that sage mode should be able to defeat any form of bijuu. Base Naruto needs to learn a sealing jutsu then it would be boss in sage mode when it is infused with senjutsu chakra, after that happens sage mode Naruto> all of Naruto verse- little too n no difficulty.
