Not sure where you getting this nonsense of Obito able to use Rikudou's Rinnegan, or Madara using Rinnegan due to utilization of Gedo Mazou. I am really not sure.

Madara can fly himself. No, Madara reacted to FTG, so Obito's speed is no trouble for him. Madara can use Mayfly to go underground and TBB are useless.​

Also Deva path did not fly he was gliding through the air at a very slow rate which Obito would just kill Madara with Nonuboku blade if had that feat which he don't. That's like me saying Obito can use preta path and all the other paths just because he has Nagato Rinnegan. Also even if that does happen then what?
