People who still beats him are Naruto, edo Minato, MS Obito, Juubito, Hashirama, Madara, Tobirama, Kabuto. KM speed (not full speed) was equal to A's speed which was fast enough that Sasuke couldn't keep up so Kakashi's sharingan isn't tracking that, Naruto making 12 clones would making sensing them all harder because they all have fast speed. Kakashi doesn't have unlimited chakra or toad summons, you only said if he had SM, not Toad SM, There's other SM like snakes so can't add Toad to it without specifying it.

SM wouldn't increase Kamui like Kurama's chakra did, First time Kakashi got Kurama's chakra Kamui was powered up at least 3x, then when he got more, the chakra was even stronger so it was 4x-6x stronger. SM increases jutsus power but we don't know by how much. Best brain? He's brain is still behind Minato, Shikaku, Madara, Hashirama, Tobirama, Shikamaru, Kabuto, Itachi, Orochimaru, Obito.
