SM Jiraya was stronger that SM Naruto during the time he fought Pain, but that was because Naruto at that time had no experience using SM and had to stop his training to fight Pain. SM Naruto during the war is stronger than SM Jiraya.

Naruto surpassed the 5 mintue time limit a while ago. 5 minute allowed him to create 2 normal size senjutsu FRS. After Obito was defeated Naruto created a senjutsu FRS that was atleast the size of 10 FRS combined and still maintain SM. So he can stay in it for atleast 30 minutes at a time.
