[Theory] Sage Mode, Jiraya and Minato.

I'm an Jiraya fan, só I had to say... God damn, I miss him... He would be so usefull right now...
Anyway...

Why can't Minato do sage jutsu? I mean, he was a student from Jiraya (the Toad Sage) and also, Minato have the contract seal with the Toads, he can summom the frogs, I know it's a long way from summom to handle sage energy... But sure ii would be nice to watch father and son do a super giant sage rasengan Just saying...

Well this chapter kinda implies (at the very least), that Minato is not a sage.

He referred to Jiraiya sensei's power. If Minato could do it too, he would refer to it as sage mode or frog sage mode.
Minato doesnt have frog sage mode. If he has, than Kishi should have worded it differently in todays chapter, because this would cause a lot of confusion. But yeah, to know for the full 100% that Minato doesnt have frog sage mode, we indeed need to wait.

here's something... Jiraiya passed down Sage mode to Naruto Uzumaki..
Tobirama jutsu passed down to MInato.. Orochimaru also learned his jutsu and Hashi's.
the name on the toad contract was Hirashi Uzumaki.. (it was between Jiraiya's & Naruto's names)
Minato cant do sage mode.. Tobirama made reference to Gamakichi being a big deal.. from Toadland.
Toadland is sacred Sage place.. SO6P .... had horns.. Ginkaku/Kinkaku had horns.. DSM Kabuto had horns..

Honestly, I like the teory that Minato dies and gives the other Kurama half to Naruto, so it can unleash his full power... However, the Sage Duo (Father and son) would be great to watch... Imagine if Jiraya alive... They could do a Sagre Trio Attack with giants rasengans.... God damn, I miss that Pervy Sage....

Didn't Fukusaku say that Jiraiya and Naruto were the only ones who had the potential to do it because of their crazy large chakra amount and that they have the will to never give up...

So far, I don't think Minato has shown that he can perform the mode. Especially since he was surprised that Naruto could do 'Jiraiya-sensei's sage mode'.

I always thought Minato was able to use it. I just figured he never was pushed far enough.

I always took this chapter as the frogs confirming Naruto has surpassed them in sage mode.
