Sage Mode - Genjutsu ...?

Okay, I wanted to know if genjutsu works when in Sage Mode.

It was said that when chakra is transmitted into someone body or you disturbed your own chakra, then genjutsu is broke, right? So basically, since Sage Mode requires Nature Energy, isn't it continuously transmitting chakra. Hence genjutsu should not work. Besides, nature energy should be easily absorbed when in a genjutsu since you are immobile.

So does genjutsu works. If yes, could you please explain? xd

i thought it was said somewhere that Genjutsu doesn't work on a person in sage mode? oh well, i don't think it does, and you give a very good reason as to why not

You're right, that makes a lot of sense. You should go to the Itachi vs. Jirayia thread and say what you just said. Mainly for those who think Tsukuyomi will work on Jirayia in SM

this one, i don't know cause I thought that his long hairs make protection against that genjutsu xd. I know it's funny but every part of J-man is dangerous/

Anyways, i see that i was right. I'm still waiting if someone will contradict me with proper reason and he better have good reason cause I see more people think like me...

Well actually it could be that genjutsu is able to devastate someone using sage mode.
To collect nature energy you need to be focused. Genjutsu does disturb your chakra, and thus cause imbalance in your body. No balance = no sage mode + possible change into frog statue >_>'

Yeah but the genjutsu is broken as you're going to turn into frog, then since you mastered Senjutsu, you slows mentally the transformation. Then you could take a stick before you transform into statue and the trick is done.
In short, the genjutsu will only result into stick pain xd
