Since in sage mode Naruto can absorb natural chakra from the surrounding area,that counts as a foreign chakra coming into the body.So that means Sage Mode > Genjutsu.

Natural chakra is just a raw form of chakra gathered from the life energy of the surrounding wilderness. Collecting it has no affect on genjutsu whatsoever. Naruto can easily be put in a genjutsu while in sage mode, unless Fukasaku and/or Shima is assisting him.

And as for the part about Kurama mentioned above, that's much different. Although Kurama is a part of Naruto's chakra network itself, he is STILL a separate entity. He can break a genjutsu placed on Naruto because he HIMSELF can disrupt the chakra flow and snap Naruto out of it.

no not at all lol sage mode is not just raw chakra it gives abilities as well plus with sage mode he can sense any form of manipulations and dude i m sure it the reason why juubi ccan't be put but kurama can be put haven't you wondered that?

Nope Sage mode or not they are still susceptible to genjutsu.. Sage Mode gives you more of a chance but you still can get caught in a genjutsu which is why Kabuto closed his eyes in the fight against Itachi and Sasuke. Even a perfect jinchuriki can get caught in a genjutsu and be controlled like yagura was from obito

Sage mode can get caught in genjutsu that's why Kabuto put a lens over his eyes. Sasuke can break Itachi's genjutsu with 3 tomoe so his genjutsu (3 tomoe) should be strong enough to genjutsu sm naruto. Danzo had 9 sharingan and got caught in genjutsu.

nature's energy is different from senjutsu chakra.. its pretty clear

spiritual energy+physical energy = normal chakra

nature energy+spiritual energy+physical energy = senjutsu chakra

the point is... nature energy intake does not interrupt genjutsu because it's still raw and has not yet been 'process' or mold... senjutsu is the product of this mold and will enter into the chakra stream... on the other hand, genjutsu is a jutsu that effecting/manipulating their opponents chakra in their body through the 5 senses.... so all in all,a sage mode pretty much still can be affected by genjutsu because genjutsu can control chakra and senjutsu chakra is a type of chakra.. it isnt a surprise that kabuto blacken his eyes to counter against itachi n sasuke when he is already in sage mode

If you change your chakara flow, then that stops genjutsu, that is exactly what happens when one is absorbing nature energy to "refill" senjutsu chakara or change from base to sage mode
