Base minato, tobirama, hashirama have sensing, none was avoiding eye contact.

They don't need to fight eyes close because unlike Kabuto, they are sensors and sensors are capable to notice chakra build up inside bodies and act accordingly

Only in case of amaterasu as chakra build up is big enough to make eye bleed. Other techniques havent been sensed.
