Nah man. Remember the Tenpachi that the Juubi casted that made a huge hole and Naruto had to defend everyone with Bijuu cloaks? Madara used V2 Susano'o to defend that technique and his Susano'o was completely unscathed. I like Deidara but I think even his explosion could be defended by PS since V2 Susano'o was capable of tanking a destructive attack from the Juubi itself.

I do agree with this though. I don't think Madara would have an easy time taking on non plot-restricted Edo Deidara. He's just too dangerous.
