I'm a Naruto fanboy. But seriously, you need Rinnegan to be officially a Rikudou Sennin. The only similarity I see with Naruto and SO6P is their cloak appearance and the way they treat the Tailed Beasts. I honestly don't see him being SO6P, cause I want him to defy being a reincarnation.

Uchiha + Senju = Sage of 6 Paths. Naruto has neither the Uchiha or Senju blood ( Uzumaki clan is a distant cousin of Senju). Thus, Naruto cannot be the Sage of 6 Path.
