You do realize that Sasuke is a representation of "The Eyes" meaning he is representative of the Rikudo's older son representing Spiritual energy. while Naruto represents "The Body" a representative of the Younger son representing stamina and strength. Sage Mode is a "Body" Technigue hence why Sasuke doesn't have it. Sasuke is a "Spiritual" Type not a body type. Thus making him incompatible with Sage Mode. Sasuke's power ups are spiritual not body wise, meaning his power ups are focused on his eyes not his body.

To give Sasuke Sage Mode is completely out of sync with his overall progression in the Manga. Still the way Kishi has been doing things lately. I wouldn't be surprised if he decided to turn Sasuke into a Sage. But that would be totally lame IMO

And you do realize that Madara received his power up after his death as well. He awakened the Rinnegan in the after life while connected to the Gedo Statue. So it's not only Minato who has achieved a greater power in death.

Sasuke has to go through a bunch of pain with Sussano comparable with Sage Mode I'm sure, oh and Orochimaru was planning to use Sasuke's Body for Snake Sage Mode but he died so obviously it's possible. Orochimaru went and studied to become a snake sage but did not have a body that was strong enough to sustain it.
