The Tenseigan's power is on par with the normal Rinnegan and gives Toneri roughly equal power to Juubi Jin Madara.

But Madara's skill and battle ability >>> Toneri's.

If Toneri actually fought RSM Naruto (and i think he did), then he shitstomps Madara. If Rikudou BSM Naruto (like someone think) fought Toneri then i don't know where i should put him in the ranking.

Toneri fought KCSM Naruto.

(Naruto with both halves of the Kyuubi, utilizing it's chakra and empowering it with SM). Probably weaker than RSM but stronger than BSM.

It couldn't be KCSM because KCM doesn't have the slitted pupil like BM, and the Kurama Avatar was present on the battlefield thus pointing to Naruto utilizing BSM. It's either BSM or RSM.

toneri with tenseigan seems to be on par with madara if he had both eyes but no juubi.
toneri with tenseigan chakra mode seems to be comparable to juubi jin madara, if im guessing correctly.

madara would win imo since their powers would be even and it may come down to a battle of wills which madara wins easily.

Lol. Alive SM Dual Rinnegan Madara would beat Toneri.JJ Madara STOMPS. Naruto didn't even need RSM against Toneri. Toneri is so overrated. Also, Madara isnt even my fav(Its Sasuke).
