I think sage chakra is nature chakra and Demon fox clock mode is kyuubi's chakra.
Both are different chakra. If naruto exhausts sage mode then he does have kyuubi's chakra.
But naruto won't use it but he will take control of kyuubi's chakra in next episodes.

kishi pretty much hinted at it. also at tht tym the kyuubis will was still attached which was the only thing blocking ma and pa. so he can mix the 2 if he practices. i i think his sage chakra wud be unlimited seeming as he is in tune with life force.

It's like fire and water. Sage chakra and Tailed beast chakra are complete opposites. That being said, i do think it's possible to put them together, if nothing else to give Naruto increased chakra control and more chakra to work with (thanks to the Nine Tails). It'll be interesting to see if this shows up during his fight with either Sasuke or Madara.

They are two different types of chakra. If they mix the results won't be pretty. There has to be a balance either way if you even TRIED to mix these.
