Ppl often mistake COAT as only a rinnegan move when in fact it is a technique that involves rinnegan and RSM sasuke only created bijuu susanno because he had yin release ( puttin alot of chakra into one being ) unlike hagaromo who created the nine bijus (embodiment of huge chakra) and gave it lifee ( the animal characteristics with its own conciousness). Naruto gave guy sensei his life force back and kakashi eyes life whoch is yang to breathe life into something so basically to use COAT TO ITS FULL EXTENT YOU WOULD NEED . RINNEGAN, RSM , YANG SEAL AND YIN SEAL. Not just a ****in rinnegan. Thankyou

Anyone with Hagoromo's chakra has COAT, Sasuke has the Sage's Yin while Naruto has the Sage's Yang, they can both use COAT but not to the same extent as Hagoromo because they don't have his full power.

Creation of All Things Technique (COAT) = Yin-Yang Release, meaning to be able to create from out of nothing and bring it to life (e.i the nine Bijuu created from the Juubi's chakra).

Naruto and Sasuke did not possess Yin-Yang powers.

Do not get it confuse with Sasuke stealing the Bijuu chakra and containing within Susanoo, which acts as a vessel or Naruto healing Kakashi's eye, which was enabled because of Six Path Sage Mode (Rikudō Sennin Mōdo) given the Naruto universal knowledge of chakra.

Good point, IMO they have a lesser form of COAT since they have yin-yang release, but sasuke is Yin dominant so his yang is not as good as naruto/sage and naruto is yang dominant, his Yin is not as good as the sage/sasuke, thus why hagoromo's COAT would be stronger/greater

Naruto is Yang Dominant whereas Sasuke is Yin Dominant, but they have access to Rikudou's Powers which are a reflection of Yin and Yang, so therefore, they have access to Yin-Yang Release and so they have the potential to use COAT as well as Hagoromo can. That was actually seen when Sasuke used COAT in reverse which signifies his mastery over Yin-Yang Release. Since Naruto received the same amount of Rikudou's Power, the same would apply to him.
