Shisui's name has two interpretable meanings. Combining the words Shi (死, Death) and Sui (水, Water), Shisui would mean "death water", which is a reference to his death by drowning. "Shisui" (止水) alone means "still water" or "stagnant water".

Shisui Uchiha one of the strongest Uchiha of the clan with the two strongest most likely being Itachi & Shisui with Fugaku after that. During this time period only of course because Kagami Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Izuna Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, & Sasuke Uchiha are also very powerful ninja from the clan as well as Madara's Father.

Also consider Itachi has Suiton skills as well as Katon so he could have copied these from Shisui or Kisame it's hard to gauge i'm sure Itachi has come across alot of Kirigakure ninja so it's impossible to pinpoint until the Anime shows Itachi & Shisui & Fugaku hopefully i want to know what the Uchiha Clan had to offer back then

I really want to see him use Kenjutsu not to mention Itachi himself has great Kenjutsu, it's a good natural base for the Uchiha because of the sharingan and how agile and useful it can become. He could even infuse his blade with an elemental chakra possibly

Fugaku could have probably activated his MS if Itachi didn't kill him. Being the father of Itachi and Sasuke He probably had some pretty good jutsus up his sleeves and could have been stronger.
