Honestly, If she can keep them at a distance with her jutsu then she should have a good chance. But Mei has water release, and lava, So she has a huge chance of taking her alone. Honestly, i don't think Tsunade can get close enough to her to hit her.

Creation Rebirth Technique:
The ultimate regeneration technique, by releasing the great the chakra stored in her forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs that may have been damaged in battle. As long as Tsunade has chakra it is impossible for her to die by any means.

Healing Transmission Technique:
A combination technique between Tsunade and her slug summon Katsuyu, where first, Katsuyu divides her body into several small clones, and then attaches herself to hundreds or even thousands. Tsunade will then channel her medical chakra through Katsuyu, who in turn transfers it to the wounded person, healing them. This technique allows Tsunade to heal an enormous amount of people at the same time regardless of distance, and if she runs out of normal chakra, she can use her special reserves to continue the technique.

Mystical Palm Technique:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part.

Strength of a Hundred Technique:
This is a forbidden technique created by Lady Tsunade who is the only person able to use it. It Instantly regenerate injuries, it however does not require the use of hand seals, meaning Tsunade's wounds begin to heal as soon as they are inflicted, whereas the Creation Rebirth technique needs Tsunade's input each time.

Yin Seal Release:
A powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade. Over a period, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. She uses this stored chakra to perform the Creation Rebirth technique and the Strength of a Hundred Technique on herself and at one point on the entire village to protect them from pain’s final attack.

Konan couldn't even halfway match any of these Jutsu, Ha!!!!

Since Tsunade and Mei don't wield S/T Ninjutsu then I don't think Konan will have to creepily wait ten years to devise a master plan to defeat them, probably like not even three for Tsunade and four-five years for Mei. As long as Konan has prep-time
EDIT: NVM I forgot Tsunade had Yin Release, Konan's barely gonna survive (if she does) even with prep-time. Mei has that corrosion release thing, so Konan's papers are useless

Yes Konan has trillions enough to last for 10 minutes.
But my being that explosive tags don't do as much damage individually as say Deidara's bombs or even an elemental attack.
Tsunade can keep byakougou active for more than 10 minutes. And thus Konan would be at her limit.

Mei cant keep blowing/burning away the paperbombs for 10 minutes flat and they would surround her anyway she would die

Tsuande getting stabbed trough her chest by Madara was fked up billions of paper bombs? I really doubt even with Miotic regeneration she can rebuild her self from thousands of little pieces

Without prep Konan would probably lose to both although Tsuande would be more closer then Mei with her acid and Lava

I'd like to see Konan replace Tsunade against Madara imagine how piss poor of a job she does. Now imagine if she entered the battle with no prep time like Tsunade did.

I've already shown how explosive tags don't create that much damage, so where do you get the idea that they will blow Tsunade apart. At worst it would burn Tsunade.
