What are your opinions on the saddest moments in naruto? Did you cry or were you close at all?

I think the saddest moments usually for me have to do with naruto's speeches. When he spoke to gaara,sasuke, chiyo.etc...

For me its jaraiyas death and all his legacy and all that like the whole back story with naga to yahiko and konan made me sad
And konans death in the anime was sad because the ending to the episode was really beautiful

Asuma dying wins this one. The facial expression on Shikamaru's face, compiled with the literal aspect of rain. Yes, I must admit I was quite close to crying.

The saddest moment in Naruto was when Kishi abandoned characters like Lee and shit on part I's "Hard work" theme with the whole "Destiny/Prophecy" shit with the Senju & Uchiha, in turn also shitting on Neji, Lee, Sasuke & Naruto's characters.

and after Kushina and Naruto's encounter I had to close the computer and lie down...to calm myself..

I cried at jiraiya's and konan's death and also had a lump in my throat when (little) Obito "died"
