For me its the death of PERVY SAGE. and
The death of both kushina and 4th hokage

Hands down when Naruto is alone eating the popsicle after Jiraiya's death. At first you think the drops on the ground are from the ice cream...then it hits you that it's all the tears.

But anyways, geez plenty of times. #1 was when Naruto was mourning for sure. And #2 when Naruto and Gaara are shown being left alone by all those villagers >:*( and also when it shows Rock Lee crying about his hardship (go Rock Lee!!!)!!!

Naruto and Gaara's scene after they fought was pretty sad, when Naruto told Gaara he understood his feelings so bad it hurt, it was pretty touching. Then when Gaara made the speech to the shinobi alliance, about wanting to protect Naruto, and saying how Naruto cried for his enemy (Gaara) and then became his friend.

Kisame's death was epic instead of sad IMO, he's got to be one of the most loyal niggas, I mean ninjas, in the manga.
