One of the moments that came to my mind first was, the death of Inoue's nii-san. The way that happened was just too sad...the way she grabbed him even in hollow form as he attacked, stopped him and assured him things would be ok...that was sad.

Actually thinking about it that was a pretty sad scene when Ichigo lost his powers...

Also if I'm being honest I didn't find Ulquiorra's death that sad..Gin's was sad but also in a way some of the stuff he did in the past caught up to him so his death was needed to sort of redeem him.

I think the saddest scene was probably when Masaki 'died' as it was devastating on each of the Kurosaki family.
