Sad Predictions for Towards the End of this Manga (based only on theory) [Spoilers]

.... Get what the hell I mean? This is not a thread about who Tobi is! This is a thread about a possible event that may occur, assuming that Tobi turns out to be who I personally think he is. So, just for the sake of argument, let's go with that. Ok, here goes.

Like some of you, I share the theory about Tobi that says that he is a culmination of many different people/entities... perhaps Madara/Shisui/Obito/Fugaku/Kagami/Izuna/etcetcetc, and, for the sake of this theory, obviously Zetsu. Well, in recent chapters, Kishi (who I realize has been known to be a huge troll and pull a few M. Night Shyamalan BS moments on us) seems to show that Tobi knows quite a lot about Kakashi and Guy. I realize this has been discussed before, bear with me here.

I have a theory that, Kakashi and Guy are there for a reason. Naruto cannot be the one to kill ALL of the main antagonists, that would be silly. I predict that, assuming this theory is correct, to whatever degree, upon realizing that Obito has been made a part of Tobi, and, given Naruto logic, I'm sure he is somehow suffering terribly despite the fact he is dead (even if that's not the case, I doubt Kakashi would be cool with Tobi borrowing Obito's body and, possibly, powers (Kamui IS a tad bit like a S/T Jutsu, and Kakashi hasn't had much time to fully develop it, though I could be wrong.

The point is, I think Kakashi will ultimately die fighting Tobi, and, in the process, be free of his life of regret, as he was finally able to help Obito. It would be sad, and I would want to kick Kishi right in the gosh darned patootie for killing one of my favourite manga characters of all time, but it would be a fitting end for such an honourable shinobi.

After this, Naruto and Bee, and maybe Gai (who no doubt will be pissed right the **** off, will then perhaps have to deal with the Juubi (which who knows WTF might go down with that ish). After that, it's gonna come down to Naruto vs. Sasuke, blah blah possibly a part 3 (which actually, I think would be pretty great if done right, but for crissake, don't drag it out if it's over.

I searched for a similar theory to this, and wasn't able to find one, though I also doubt I am the first to consider this. I quite hope I'm wrong, because I just love Kakashi so much, but man... someone needs to die in this ****ing joke of a war.

This is only a theory, and a pretty broad one at that. If there are any major flaws in my logic, please point them out to me. Thank you for reading; please feel free to leave your opinions, takes on my theories, or even your own theories as well, as I love to read other people's ideas.

I haven't posted much, but I HAVE actually been pretty active in the Base, just fyi. Sorry, it's in my nature to close up my little ideas with an unrelated statement that literally no one cares about. :shino: Don't judge me!!

P.S. - Somewhere in this post, there is a picture of Shino. If you can remember where, or even who he is by the time you read this, you can haz tihs cookiez: (o) < (it's one of those peanut butter ones with a hershey's kiss in the middle that looks like a nipple. No cheating!!

I hate you for posting this because you are right. Out of the characters that will soon die, kakashi is most likely to die of them all...

I believe tobi is the jubi in human form trying to get his powers back to regular, that's why he has a sharingan and renneigan because he doesn't have the power to fuse them again, I say this because, he knows alot about the sage/sons, madara and hishi fight, basically he's been around for a long time, and if you read in between the lines of what he says, for example.."..I am a shell of me former self"....or...."the renniegan originally belonged to me"...see what im saying...he has alot of knowlage of everything because he's been around for everything and he seems to have unlimited chakra if you look at it...just my theory

If Kakashi was going to die, I would have preferred him to do so vs Pain, dying to save the village and one of the biggest secrets to defeating Pain.

Him dying now would just look incredibly stupid. There would be no more emotion.

Of course, Kishi has turned this manga in to an absolute joke with no emotion what so ever anyway, so I don't guess it'd much matter, but oh well.

Just waiting for Naruto to bust out a spirit bomb and save the day at this point.

That is an interesting thought. Good eyes. +rep. Still could mean a few other things, and would also help to explain MY theory. That's really interesting man, I'll have to give it some more thought.

Haha, I know exactly what you mean. (By the way, I've read quite a few things from you and you have my respect, I generally agree with you.

There should have been some deaths much earlier on... that would have saved this arc. Didn't even need to be any of the Konoha 11! Maybe Choza, someone like that. Someone everyone really likes, to show the reality of the war. One or two of the Kage's. Tsunade/Raikage maybe. But I don't know. Pretty soon it will be way too late for that, unless Kishi pulls whatever is left of his genius out of his *** and makes a serious twist in which things become so much more ****ed than they already are, and people start hittin the floor.

Otherwise, this will just be another mehhhh ending to a great story that could have been much, much better. It would make a part 3 overkill, too. Although... now that Orochimaru is back... who knows ;P. We haven't even truly SEEN his full ability, aside from in part one vs Sandaime, and that was part one where power scaling was peeled back to make the younger shinobi look stronger than they really were. Who the hell knows. Freakin spirit bomb seems more likely XD

I honestly believe at this point, Kishi is making it up as he goes. I can't find any other excuse for all the inconsistencies in the story and the amount of bullshit he pulls. I know he says he has the ending planned, but I'm not sure he does.

He said for years that Kakashi was going to get his time to shine...and you could argue that time is now, but he's just using a technique he's had for years(well, years in our time, anyway) and using his tactical intelligence to figure out how to beat Tobi. That's nothing new, this isn't him "shining".

I think that rampage vs the 7 swordsmen was going to be it, but Kishi forgot about it, and then was like "****...how do I get myself out of this one? OH, I KNOW, have him spam his mangekyou sharingan! That always works, just look at Sasuke and Itachi!", and I'm just sitting here like this the entire time:

And Gai has for the most part, but Kakashi? Same shit he's been able to do since the start of shippuden, which made me go from that above to this:

And to top all that off, has he just forgotten about Bee? Last chapter he probably realized Bee has been useless for a while, so he decided to have him (fail at) punching the Gedo Mazo. Yeah, not shoot a TBB at it, just punch it. Makes perfect sense.

Before Kakashi and Gai showed up, they were(and reasonably so) considered far below Bee's class, and Bee was a boss. Now? Kishi makes it look like they've left Bee in their dust, and Bee might as well not even be there. Even Gai is out there fighting Tobi with ****ing nunchakus(Dat Gai

Agree, agree, agree, and agree again. Things are gettin friggin silly. I swear man, I do understand it is hard to write a manga chapter every week, but that's why you write the story beforehand. As you said... I'm not so sure Kishi did this anymore. I don't know that he ever originally intended for Naruto to ever go past the Pein saga, much like DBZ got totally weird and dumb after the Frieza saga because Toriyama only wrote it up to the end of that saga (no offense to any fans, but man, Vegeta has never won a fight. A real fight that is. Never. Ponder this...).

I do so hope we're wrong, cuz I really love this manga.
