I have to say Sasuke or Gaara. Sasuke watched his parents get murdered by his "gentle" older brother. We also can't forget the genjutsu he trapped him in to make him relive the thing for three days...straight.
Gaara made me cry just as much as Sasuke (alil less cause he was less cute) At such a young age, being feared by people of your own village is probably going to hurt. But his dad also sent people to assassinate him. Even the woman he called his "mother". Traumatizing crap right there.
