They were two great amazing animes that I will never forget and even though Im a guy I shed manly tears.. :T_T: If you haven't seen them watch them. Please I highly recommend them.. they're both amazing animes. If you're an emotional or sensitive person these animes will really make you cry! :T_T:

It is the most bitterly romantic, saddest and emotional things I have ever seen. I consider myself a pretty tough guy but this is the only fictional thing that has ever made me cry, yet at the same time they fit in humour, cuteness and romance. It's about five best friends who have grown apart after the death of their childhood friend 5 years ago.

Trust me, you will not go wrong here- it's short too, 11 episodes long if I remember? Each one kept pushing it and pushing it until I broke down at the finale.

I do agree though I got depressed after watching the whole anime and I couldn't stop thinking about it.. at the ending man that was really sad stuff when she was leaving them I was like no!! :NO:

The ending made me break. Seeing all the characters finally give in except for Jintan and even happy Poppo, the ending where they're all screaming 'I love you Menma!!!!!' and when Anaru joined in I had to tear up.

I think the reason this show got to me as much as it did (I never got entirely sad over Itachi's death, Jiraiya's death, L's death or anything) Is a.) because of that ending song that plays whenever anything sad happens. (IT KILLS ME.) And B.) Jintan reminds me WAY too much of myself. His hair and clothing and mannerisms is scarily close to my own. He literally said things at times the exact way I would say them....When Jintan finally cried, I had to cry.

People like that don't exist in real life, a depressed mother who never got over the death of their child and can't let her go? Now THAT is a little bit too real and that's why that anime hurts. It's TOO REAL.

Yeah true I've never seen people like Naruto although the early part of his life happens in real life with bullying. The saddest moment for me was the flashback with his parents and also Itachi's death but it didnt make me cry. Either way Animes give you real life lessons messages and can be very real too.. which is why Anime is better than any cartoon nowadays or Tv shows like Jersey Shore or Honey Boo boo which is trash..
