Whitebeard wins. The thing you must realize is, he fought through Marineford handicapped with Squardo having thrown a giant sword through his chest. So his entire march up to even fight the Admirals was a whole lot of time spent bleeding out a chest wound. Then the maniac continued to fight after even taking a Magma fist through the chest/gut. Ultimately managing to survive even with half his face blown off to finally toss Sakazuki down a chasm.

No, Sabo does not win. Whitebeard was managing to take on the man who is not only has the superior element to Sabo's Merra-Merra, but he was doing so after taking a stab to the chest, and trecking a warzone. Not to mention, that same man [Sakazuki], proceeded to be able to go one on one with all of the Whitebeard commanders, Crocodile, and a few New World Captains solo.

Sorry to say, but Sabo isn't on that level.
