Yes. Cavendish is portrayed to be monster trio level and Hakuba is twice stronger than him. Placement doesn't matter much anyway, so stay on topic

What Hakuba did, Luffy could do without moving. Haoshoku Haki bruh. Hakuba is slower than any of the M3. Zoro is clearly a more destructive (therefore better) swordsman, so clearly Luffy is also stronger than Hakuba.

Cavendish is about as strong as Franky.

What Hakuba did, Luffy could do without moving. Haoshoku Haki bruh. Hakuba is slower than any of the M3. Zoro is clearly a more destructive (therefore better) swordsman, so clearly Luffy is also stronger than Hakuba.

All that leads me to believe he is around that level. Hakuba who is 2times stronger should be above. I mean even Sabo was baffled by him

And yes Fujitora didn't take Sabo seriously. You bring me titles(title not even comparable to an admiral anyway), i'm bringing you feats

Fujitora left the "fight" with Sabo with minimal injuries, whereas Sabo was worn out. Clearly he's not even on admiral level. Fujitora wasn't taking him seriously.

Cavendish and Chinjao had a deadlock. Luffy smashed Chinjao into the ground, whereas Cavendish didn't. And we know Luffy had an easy fight, technically. He only used one G3 attack.

Why would a Navy Admiral not take Dragons right hand man seriously? Neither character was in a position to get killed off so the best solution was to make the two of them a perfect match for eachother.

'Cause he's obviously stronger than the Revolutionaries' Chief of Staff. It's no coincidence that Sabo was more tired than Fujitora, and, like most people noticed, how Sabo's clothes were covered in dirt; a small detail put in there by Oda, deliberately. Oda doesn't put in stuff like that for show. No one is denying that Sabo is strong, but he's not on the Admirals' level just yet.

Also, I don't see why there was any need for Fujitora to go all out. The most logical answer is that both were trying to buy time, which has been implied over and over again. I can't understand how people don't see that.

Exactly this. People assumed that Sabo would jump to admiral tier once he got the MMnM which was pretty stupid & clearly wrong.
