Would Ace be alive when Sabo where in the war , too . Or zero difference ?

Szenario 2 : Current Sabo ( i know ace had the fruit at this time )

No difference. He was probably not strong enough to make any difference, certainly not against the admirals. I bet he trained real hard so he can help out his remaining brother if things look bad again (which they probably will, with Luffy's recklessness and the path he has chosen).

Current Sabo without DF , yes , heck i can even see him stopping Ace from fighting Akainu or punching Akainu before he could kill Ace.

But i don't think that Sabo was this strong 2 years ago.

So is Luffy but the whole point is that even if Sabo and Luffy went up against the admirals they'd end up like Ace. Ace has a magma fist going through his chest, Luffy has a icicle going through his throat and Sabo would have a Kizaru's laser piercing his brain. Sabo being there wouldn't have changed a thing.

Luffy was unable to move because of the hormones and being tired. Luffy was out of his league in that war, and couldn't keep up with everyone else.
