It's a well known universal fact that, Sabo has never been proven dead and his body never found.

It was a well known fact that, Bellamy wasn't proven dead and no dead body was shown.

It's a well known fact that, Oda only killed off, Ace and a body was found.

You can refer people to this thread who think that it's a fact that, Sabo is dead.
Everyone knows that, Oda rarely kills anyone. He always bring them back.
The only time he shows a person dying is when the hit that kills them is clearly shown, like with, Ace, the attack that went through his chest, then with, Monet who's heart was pierced.

Oda, always gives us many hints to things and he has given us hints that, Sabo is alive. He gave us a hint right after we thought, Sabo died. :D

Here is hint 1:
In this picture of Ace's and Whitebeard's graves from chapter 668 cover page left you see the cleaned version which was included with the tankobon format of One Piece, right one is from the jump in which the texts were covering an important part of the picture: the three cups in front of Ace's grave.

These three cups are known from chapter 585 "Cups of Brotherhood", Luffys, Aces and Sabos flashback in which Ace stole some of Dadan's booze and they decide to drink from the three cups of brotherhood to celebrate them being brothers. So basically no one else than these three could even know about the cups, so the only one capable of putting them on Ace's grave is Sabo.

Of course the fans recognized this immediately and one of them even wrote to Oda about the cover page in SBS 68: it's roughly translated like this:
The fan had gone to the One Piece exhibition gallery and in the Jump One Piece insert art gallery he saw that particular cover page and the three sake cups. He asks Oda if "That person", (meaning Sabo), visited Ace's grave?

Hint 3:
Here is, Sabo alive and well along with images of, Luffy and Ace.

Notice how, Aces tattoo doesn't have the S crossed out and it's just "ACE"? That's confirming hint that, Sabo is alive. "S" for Sabo.
Oda answers and explains that for the weekly chapters the other cups were covered by text and they put up the clean version without the text for message, confirmation of "that person". Later in the manga the fans can confirm this clearly, but as for this message he'll leave for our imagination what it means.

Now you must ask, what happened to, Sabo after that blast hit his, Boat?
One thing for sure, that explosion was very small and not strong enough to kill a person, just tear their body up a bit and leave them on the verge of death but if someone treats them they can live. '

Here's where, Ivancov points at, Sabo who's obviously in bad condition having been exposed to an explosion.

Here's where his body is. Luffy's, father is holding him! He watched when, Sabo's boat got destoryed. WHY WOULDN'T, DRAGON GO IN THE WATER TO CHECK ON THE POOR KID? Right? He did, and Sabo was healed but not revealed as of yet.

Well the message of Sabo being alive is pretty obvious and Oda wants to still be a bit "mysterious" about it even though he basically confirmed him being alive. You have to to be pretty dense to not see the obvious answer as to if he is or isn't alive.

He still wears that hat. Him, Ace And Luffy all have their own special hats that they wear.
It's obvious that, Sabo hasn't eaten a devil fruit since he is using a new weapon as you can see in the image above. Not sure what kind of weapon it is.

It was kinda odd how, Oda introduced another brother right when he decided to kill off, Ace in the war right? This will heal, Luffy's heart knowing that his brother, Sabo is still alive. He was always stronger than, Luffy when they were kids. I wonder who's stronger now?

That sounds good but it's too late. Ace is dead and so they can't meet each other again. If he is still alive I hope he won't be one of the fighters in the colloseum, that would be just sad if he died there. Or Ruffy could let him win and then Sabo gets the
Firefruit ... that would be cool :D

He's not in the colosseum. I doubt he's even in this arc.

There are both things that hint to him being alive aswell as dead. If he was alive why didn't he come to Marineford?
If he was alive, why didn't he try contacting either Luffy or Ace sooner? Why would he be gone with his brother about to get executed? I don't believe any "duty" or "mission" should outweight him trying to save Ace and Luffy in Marineford. Ace died believing Sabo was dead. He never got to meet his brother since that time, isn't it just sadder when Ace never got to know otherwise if Sabo is actually alive?

He's unpredictable. Anything can happen and I'm sure, Sabo had good reasons. It's be

I think you should go read a book for a while. Take a break, k? .-.

If he is alive, he must appear in this arc.

And why must that be?

And why must that be?

Because if he is a Rev. he should have communications with the underworld and know of Doffy's big prize. Meaning he should have at least one subordinate participating in the tourny. Hence how he must be part of the arc if he is alive.

You're not, Oda. You don't decide that.
Anyways, nothing has been said that the revs even work with any other underground than themselves. Dragon, just recruits people who wants to take the WG down. Proof of that was during the episodes of, Ace, Sabo and Luffy.

We don't know anything about the revs yet. Not a good thing to assume like that.

LOL! Don't you see the word "if" anywhere in my post? Nor do you see the "should"? Lastly, don't you realize this is my opinion?

Basically it means go away with the low class annoyance, or do you not have enough class to do that?
It's simple, when you see my word of any form, just ignore.

I don't want to see your fodder size insignificant presence. Buh-bye.

The cover was drawn by Oda to show what could have been if Sabo was still alive hence Ace's tattoo is written as "ACE" instead of the original "ASCE", not hinting that he's still alive. Ace is dead and Luffy has a cross shaped scar on his chest. It would have been a different case if the picture only have Luffy and Sabo therefore this picture isn't a valid evidence of Sabo's status.

Also..

"But Sabo, sailed at 10 years old with his ship, was shot by the Celestial Dragon and lost his life."

Because if he is a Rev. he should have communications with the underworld and know of Doffy's big prize. Meaning he should have at least one subordinate participating in the tourny. Hence how he must be part of the arc if he is alive.

If Sabo was based off of Michael Sabo then this entire situation will make sense. Michael Sabo was once known for his white-collar crimes, and he was also believed to be associated with a mafia family called Lucchese family, one of the five families that dominates organized crime and the underground business therefore the whole sense in Sabo being a part in the Donquixote family, [ undercover of course, or not ] who controls the underground, makes sense. I mean, I'm sure Oda added a few more details from a variety of different people into one character; Sabo.
