I could see where you're coming from. The Sage's power is only based on the fact that there isn't anything to compare it to. Sage could have been powerful in his own time. But him defeating the 10 tails is a huge milestone that I'm not sure any other ninja's can do.

No he can't ....All itachi's rinnegan would be able to do is,All of nagato's techs + susanno , tsukyomi and amaterasu.......Let's not forget itachi already has mortal limited chakra...and can't spam them.....


So6p rinnegan has Kotoamatsuki,Amaterasu, tsukyomi, susano, Kamui, All nagato
s rinnegan techniques, Creation of all things, Izanagi , + more.....
