S/T Barrier And Totsuka Blade (Question)

1) we only saw S/T barrier once and some people seem to assume is a slow tech. we're not really sure how fast it's, but I can assume is not slow at all, in the same way they can assume is slow I guess.
2) Totsuka has only hit Oro that was immobilized in the snake mouth and Nagato that everyone knows that lacked mobility. yet some people think it's extremely fast.
3) considering Minato is one of the (if not the) characters with faster reaction time totsuka would be a non factor since he could easily dodge it, and S/T barrier wouldn't be needed in the first place! unless if somehow he got completely surprised, but in that case he wouldn't have time for a S/T barrier too, lol.

and before some raging fanboy quote me because he didn't understand what I meant... I'm not saying Minato > Itachi overall, don't care about that crap.

and for the OP, is a good question, just hard to answer since we only saw the S/T in action once.

any itachi/uchiha fanboy that thinks/or says itachi can instantly do ANYTHING to minato is irrelevant because minato obviously has the advantage speed wise and minato used s/t barrier fast enough to counter a fullsized tbb for kurama coming right at him, so ill say its pretty fast

your saying minato can warp the sword but he just cant redirect it to counterattack itachi?

Not an insult and neither directed to you per se.
Saying if that was to happen the barrier would absorb what is in it. Meaning the part of the sword. Can he warp it back at itachi?. If he has an hiraishin seal near him, yes however the sword itself is liquid, excluding the jar and at susano's command this liquid turns into a sword so, just like that, it can turn revert back to its original state

i don't see any reason why it shouldnt work really. although we've yet to see exactly how it works, minato said he needs to let the bomb out somewhere, meaning he chooses where to transport it, but it works like instant transmission not like tobi's dimension. of course that could be very useful with prelaid traps and whatnot.

i think minato had a shiriken tag in the forest where he transfer it. not certain but sems like somewhere in the anime or manga, he said sumting about having tags around the village when obit took his wife n he saved naruto out of the labor room

LOL that would be fuked up..... itachi tries to pierce minato and he uses s/t barrier and redirects the blade causing itachi to pierce himself instead lol
