Alas, yes, it was a premise shared by many I suppose. I never found any real detailed threads on it though. My hypothesis was rooted in some kind of Senjutsu use and with Sasuke gaining one half of Hagoromo's chakra and his Chidori turning black in coloration when they initially attacked Madara, the use of Senjutsu in some form is evident, and I think that is one of the reasons his Susano'o has taken such a form.

I don't mean to be obnoxious, but I predicted this MONTHS ago. Even without the basis of the fact that the Sojobo Tengu's strongest form sported wings. Too lazy to get my thread, but anyone who has read them will know.

Sojobo spiritually influenced Orochimaru's Juinjutsu (The Cursed Seal V2) Form allowing Sasuke to take on a Daitengu Form. Dat Sojobo

To bad he got a semi-flight ( hard to tell but i think he will have full flight) yet his weapons are swords. He hasnt shown the shockwaves that madaras PS can produce so he only has melee atks atm.

It's definetly full flight capable. All he has to do is flap. The shockwaves came from the swords of Madaras attack. Sasuke attack is shown to be much stronger already.

Sasukes has shown no shockwaves comparible to madaras. He had to slice the rock like 10 times to finally break it up :/ his mobility ,even if it showed him jumping (stupid imo why give wings if you are drawing him jumping), was impressive though.

And to the other random guy im not downplaying anything, im just analyzing what the manga showed and not assuming because hes my fav like some others.
