Anyway lets sort this out U_U. Ino is key to a straight forward win. Simple really. You said both have have full knowledge. Meaning they would know that hidan uses his Uses Scythe not to kill, but to wound;

So basically they have to take hidan's scythe away from him. Its easy when youve got ino on your team. She can use the mind body switch to takeoever hidan's body;

With this she is in control of hidan. Sakura or whoever can stay back look after ino's body whilst hinata comes and take the scythe away from hidan/ino. Infact ino can just give it to them since she is now in control of hidan's body. With the scythe in team shits hands, ino can release the technique and go back to her body. Hidan is now without his scythe.
Ino's work is done. Team shit can now feast on hidan.
Weve got a girl with monstrous strength sakura and fairly good taijutsu skill;

Weve got a girl who can not only block your chakra holes, but also internally damage your organs. Hidan might not die, but i doubt he relishes the idea of internal damage, by hinata;

Another girl who can not only spam weapons but also explosive tags. Hidan might not die, but he will suffer serious injuries and infact get blown to pieces with this;
tentens tags wil, if gotten a good hit in, cause damage. we got a girl who specialises in taijutsu and another who specialises in strength, poisons and drugs. once ino gets her mind jutsu in, its over. she walks hidan into a place where tentens set up all her explosive tags, then goes back in the instant hidans in the hole that sakura has made by punching the ground.
