Ryuu is a handsome young adult with a muscular build and a light tan and brown eyes. He is usually seen with his hair tied in a knot underneath his straw hat, though sometimes he will let his hair fall when he is relaxing or the strap has been cut by the enemy when fighting. He has cheap leather clothing that has been cut and restitched together. We also see Ryuu carrying a Katana blade with red straps around the grip and a shredding deadly blade with a black sheathe.

Ryuu is a calm relaxed individual who is considerably intelligent. He is quite lazy, uninterested and generally bored most of the time, but on a serious mission, his attitude can quickly change to a more brave, fierce fighter. He is not a cold person but will listen to what the mission tells him to do. No-matter what the cost. Though he has a sinister attitude towards Ninja.

Background Info // History
Ryuu was born and raised in the Land of Iron south-west of The Three Wolves Mountains in a small wooden house. This house was built by his Father because they were kicked out of a Village because of failure to pay the taxes to keep living.
After they had been kicked out, his Father got to work on the House as fast as possible because his wife was pregnant. After some time Ryuu was born into a healthy environment, later when Ryuu was just 2 years old he was intrusted within the hands of his Grandmother and Grandfather because his mother and father had to go on a long caravan trip to deliver supplies and food to the homeless people living down South.
This was until their caravan was destroyed, taken over and his parents had been brutally slaughtered by Elite Assassination Ninja from an Unknown Clan who were ordered to destroy the people and the caravan and take the supplies. Ryuu growing up in an unusual environment without his parents, though still looked after by his grandmother and grandfather, he was just 5 years old when he was trained to fight with a sword. Though his grandfather saw exceptional skill within the boy and above all, determination.
Growing up, his grandfather taught him all kinds of survival skills. As he got older he joined a class of in-training Samurai in which he was able to defeat every single student. At this point he was a master of swordsmanship, but then his grandfather died of old age, upsetting him greatly. He left and occasionally visits his grandma. He then found the location of the man who named himself "Akuma", he was the man who slaughtered his parents and so when he eventually caught up with him, he challenged him to a duel.
Ryuu had beaten this man and was later claimed to be Hero because he had defeated the man who was taking more than he should have of Taxes from people. Ryuu then realized this was the same person who kicked his Mother and Father out of the Village. After succeeding avenging his mother and father, he now lives out in the Wilderness, awaiting more challenges.
