Ryun is unusually short for a man his age. He possesses piercing black eyes and long, shaggy, raven black hair which greatly resembles his brother's, both in style and in length. He is very seldom seen with any emotional facial expressions. Most of the time, he exudes an air of complete indifference to almost anything he is presented with, even when, inside, he is in deep turmoil.
When he and Ryun were teenagers, he wore what most Uchiha wear, a blue shirt with the Uchiha crest on his upper back and blue pants that are wrapped up in bandages at the ends. On his waist, he had a bandage belt that held a sack that presumably held ninja tools.

Ryun typically appears to be indifferent on most matters. He is capable of being flamboyant and energetic, but it is unclear how much of this behavior is forced and how much is his normal personality. He easily gets shy around new people, though he does not always express this outwardly.
Ryun's behavior can be, at times, erratic. He suffers from bipolarism, and thus, his normal behavior, as described above, can change at any given moment from one emotional extreme to the next, though this doesn't happen often.

Background Info
Ryun & His sister was left at the front entrance of the Hidden Leaf Village as just a baby. Information on where she came from or if she had any family was untraceable as all there was on the letter attached to her blanket was: "Please take care of Ryun and do not try to trace Him & her parents, it's better this way if she didn't know. Thank you." Ryun was raised up in an orphanage where she met Ieyasu Tokugawa, the two quickly and easily made friends.Ryun had noticed the looks that people gave Suzi, he had no clue why they gave her such cold, cruel looks, but thought best not to say anything. When Ryun turned seven he made friends with Sasuke Uchiha, he felt a strange bond towards the Uchiha and the clan like he belonged there. There was also a habit she had started getting into by going to the K.I.A. stone and feeling an overwhelming sadness towards the name Ryo Uchiha, why? he doesn't know.
Not until he turned twelve did he find out that Ryo was in fact there father. He had been saved that day during the third shinobi world war by Ryun's mother Winter. They had chose not to return to the village since everyone had come to terms with his death. Ryo and Winter lived in The Land of Demons then moved to the outskirts of the land of fire. Not long after Ryun's birth, were their lives indanger by rogue cloud ninjas that attacked their village.Ryun & Winter brought Run & his sister to Konoha where They knew they would be safe and well protected from harm.A letter was delivered from The Lands in which they lived in to Konoha for her orphan family. Completely taking him off guard when he read that it was from Ryo. Explaining how They had survived 15 days in the war Fighting several shinobi and that he had married and had a daughter & Son; Ryun & Suzi.The same Ryun that was Reborn 's student. Ryun had mentioned that he and Winter would like Reborn to look over the two . And of course, he accepted.
History:
Ryun was born a couple years before the birth of naruto & sasuke , Roughly Making Him In His early 20's..Ryun Trained hard and long to become powerful , Time & Time again he was defeated due to him not being able to have enough power to win the battle.On The last day that he lost his fight he promised hisself he will go find someone to help him get stronger.Taijutsu.Upon leaving the village of the leaves to become stronger Ryun traveled far & long looking for a sensei upon looking for one , One day Ryun screamed out loud I need a Taijutsu Seneiii ! , Upon screaming Ryun was suddenly engulfed with flames around him , Although not touching him , Moments later The flames stopped as 2 men appeared one directly infront of him with the youth of a Person he knew in the village called might guy & snother person who was big & had a deep voice Theyre names were Sanada Yukimara & Takeda Shingen , What Ryun Didnt Know was they were the best taijutsu senseis ever..... Ninjutsu.Ryun traveling through some unknown country , It was early in the morning as he was in the thick forest sitting down , He felt as if he waits someone might come up ,So he sits down & waits until he hears a voice . "Are you the one who requested training in ninjutsu?" Ryun knowing he didnt ask for anything in ninjutsu but somely accepted.. Genjutsu.While roaming the world a Shinobi appeared infront of Ryun in a cloud of smoke & spoke a sentence ending it with a question... "Im leyasu and i'll be the one teaching you genjutsu... What would you like me to address you as ?" a Crooked smile flew on Ryun face due to him doing future thinking in his head... Genjutsu,Ninjutsu,Taijutsu......... he then answered the man Ryun... Unlike Sasuke,Itachi,Madara,Izuna,Shisui Ryun was not gifted with the ability to unlock the advanced stages of the sharingan and was often seen as weak by his fellow villagers because of it.To make up for this,Tora mastered the aspects of the normal 3 tomoe sharingan to the highest degree. Allowing him to Perceive motions, Copy heandseals , & Mimic Taijutsu to Perfection..KatonDue to him being a Uchiha Ryun specialized in Katon with such mastery that he is able to perform all katon jutsus with a single handseal. He was often called the best uchiha at Katon ever.
SuitonDue to him having mastery over the Water element Ryun can perform all Suiton jutsus with such great speeds , That when his opponent stares at his hands there moving at a rate so fast that they cant see the handseals hes making.
Weapons
Due to Ryun being good with weapons he can toss and play with weapons without hurting himself due to the help of his sharingan slowing down time in his mind.Roughly Ryun could keep up with fast weapon users such as samurais.
Bracelet w/ChainsRyun wears (Usually carries) Braclets that has chains connected to them which he is able to connect chained weapons with his chain to help him in combat (Same as the Masked man wore)

Gunbai Ryun Carries a all black standard gunbai with him on his back. This is his best weapon he has such mastery of this weapon he awws his opponent with the great skill he posses with it.
Kusarigama Ryun also carries a long chained weapon that has a handle at the top of it with a scythe looking blade upon it , This along with his bracelet chains & gunbai makes him proficient in weapon combat
