Dude, Ryu means Dragon, so Ryu Ryu no Mi means Dragon-Dragon Fruit. If you're going to make a DF, at least invent a good name for it, that fits its powers.

It wouldn't be that OP. Why? DF user's are weak against still water. Not runningwater. Meaning the water-water fruit user will shoot waves of water, yet the opponent (DF user) won't be defeated as easily as you think.

They're weak against sea water. A normal water is fine.
Being weak against a running water but not against still water makes no sense.

I read in an SBS that if they are in sea water, and it's tossing and turning, than they won't die.
And it does make sense. Since they are hammers. And a hammer in a moving body of water means it can also move and thus cling onto it's life. Whereas there being hammer in a still body of water means that the hammer isn't moving and instead is just going down.
