[*]Ryu looks like a hybrid of an reptile and human. He has green scaly skin, yellow reptile-like eyes, sharp claws(that he often trim down) and sharp teeth which he hides behind his mask. His main attire consits of tank tops and black shinobi pants, with his Headband tied firmly around his waist. Ryu often carried a Kukiri on his back for using in a steah kill; afterall one chop and the target is finished. Ryu is often barefoot because of his claw-like feet. Ryu is incapable of growing hair and is quite jealous of everyone's hair.
Personality:: in spite of his scary appearance, Ryu is a very warm and loving person. He is often polite to everyone that he meets, and is quick to forgive and slow to anger. Because of his appearance, Ryu often scares anyone who meets him. This had led to him being ostracized by nearly everyone in the hidden leaf village. This leads him into being shy around new people. Another factor of his strange up-bringing is the fact that Ryu is incapable (at the moment) of understanding sarcasm. He simply nods when he confused about a statement. When he is push though, Ryu is capable of being just as scary as his appearance. Ryu greatest desire though, is to have a family.

History: The child that would be Ryu, was born to unknown parents in the land of the sea. When he was just three years old, The child was kidnapped and experimented on for two years by a young
The Fire lord instead, sent the deformed child to the village hidden in the leaves. The Hokage ignored the warning and raised the child to the best of his abilities, (He is the Hokage and have other matters to oversee). The child was named Ryu, because of the note.
After a few years, Ryu enter the Ninja Academy at age six, but was soon assigned a private tutor because of his appearance. Never the less, Ryu surpassed the lessons and passed his Genin exam. During the Genin exam, the teacher tested Ryu's elemental affinity and discovered he had an strong affinity for water. Ryu is now simply waiting to be assigned a teacher.
Other
Tools: Ryu mostly sticks with smoke bombs and explosive notes, he also carry senbon needles for long distance takedowns. His greatest tool is his Kukiri, multi-use sword, that he bought from a weapon shop. Ryu hopes to learn how to use the sword.

- Ryu, as you can tell is based off of reptile from the MK series.
The reason I chose the Kaima form, despite its being firmly rooted in filler is because I simply wanted a character from Narutoverse.
That, and I wanted a ugly sonovabitch.
I don't know when I will add more to his backstory, his mother and father are alive with two more children, but other than that, it's up for approval (quite literally in this case).
All righty, Thanks to Symiote "help" I rounded Ryu off. Here's hoping for the second charm.
