Looks: Ryō has a well built body. His notable traits include his long, unkempt brownish black hair and bangs that framed his face and hung just above his chin and his red eyes which has bags around them, giving Ryō wild appearance overall. For the most part, Ryō's facial appearance makes him appear lazy, slow, and disheveled. His uniform is generally a sleeveless Chinese styled top. He also wears wristbands and a red bandana.
Personality: Ryo is typically a quiet and reserved person, tending to keep to himself and his dogs. His dogs are the only things he really talks to or gets along with, as he finds other people tedious and annoying. Even still, Ryo remains polite and such, tending to keep a neutral ground and be the wall between conflict. However this may be the case, Ryo has a sadistic and violent side, which only comes out when he is directly insulted or assaulted. Ryo's dark side is extremely violent, and in your face, a polar opposite of his normal self. When Ryo is in this mood, he forgets to hold back and unleashes a full rage upon people until the object of his anger is no longer there, to which he then calms back down.

チャクラ情報 Background Info
History:Ryo was born of a forbidden romance. His mother was a dog trainer for the Inuzuka, while his Father was a Teacher from Kumogakure. Due to this, from there love, Ryo was born with his Fathers Storm release, but also trained with his mother in Inuzuka techniques. Due to this , Ryo never met his father, as he had to return to Kumogakure, so Ryo was raised by his Mother. Due to not having a Father, Ryo was bullied heavily in school, especially when he was training his two dogs, Lycan and Ark. As they never listened to him at first, the kids at school picked on him, until Ryo snapped, and beat his bullies to a pulp. From that day, Ryo was called a Mad Dog, but he didn't care, because Ryo knew he was better. Growing up, Ryo learnt all his Inuzuka training from his mother, until she decided it was time for him to move on. Ryo's mother was totally aware of Ryo possessing Storm release, as his Father had sensed it in him at an early age. With this, at the age of 14, Ryo was sent to Kumogakure to find his father.
Ryo encountered many rogue ninja, but with his mothers training and Lycan and Ark by his side, they where dispatched easily. When he arrived in Kumogakure, his father was already waiting, and greeted him properly. However, his Father was a no nonsense man, who stepped straight into training Ryo about storm release, and rarely touching on his fatherly duties, but Ryo didn't care, he was the mad dog, and intended to become powerful enough that his bullies never touched him. While in Kumogakure though, the village was assasulted, and in protecting academy students, Ryo's father was killed, and Ryo's Storm training brought to a halt. Mourning his death,
Ryo returned to Konoha to inform his mother, who fully broke down and never truly recovered. Realizing this, Ryo took Lycan and Ark, and left Konoha, in search of another who could finish his Storm training, so thast he could obtain the recognition he deserved.

Inuzuka: The clan members are also able to communicate with canines even if unlike Kuromaru, the dogs cannot talk.
The members of this clan, much like their canine partners have greatly enhanced senses especially their sense of smell and partially their sense of hearing, granting them a x1.5 passive sensing bonus to living beings. By concentrating chakra to their noses, their sense of smell is amplified to an even greater extent allowing the user to be able to detect, track and monitor targets from a fair distance away, though as Naruto demonstrated this makes them highly sensitive to foul stenches.
Overall they also have a very canine appearance like wild hair, aggressive personality, sharp nails and teeth which makes their hand-to-hand combat potentially more dangerous, gaining a passive +10 damage to Taijutsu involving the hands..
Lycan: Lycan is a large wolf dog, who, while on all fours, stands almost 3ft tall, but on his hind legs pushes 6ft. Lycan has abnormally long hind legs, which when standing place his front legs above the ground. Lycan is a red and white wolf dog, with deep crimson eyes. Lycan is capable of talking directly to Ryo, through human speech from their bond.

Ark Ark is Ryo's second ninken, standing slightly shorter than Lycan, at 2.5ft, and 5 ft 8 on hind legs. Similarly to Lycan, Ark has longer hidn legs than front, allowing him to stand like a human if he desires. Also like Lycan, Ark can speak human speech to Ryo at any time he feels. Ark is black with a deep red mane that extends down past his tail.

Kenjutsu Prowess: Ryo was given his fathers blade, a powerful lightning sword, upon his fathers death. Muramasa is unlike any other sword, capable of vibrating at a higher frequency than any lightning based sword in Kumogakures history. Ryo wears this at all times, and it is always pre charged with lightning chakra.

Description: Muramasa no tachi (Muramasa for short), is a modern sword named after the famous blacksmith, Muramasa. Although not crafted by Muramasa himself, the sword is his living legacy heavily emphasizing on attack strength. Opposite of most weapons, the blade is not ancient neither imbued with any magical forces. Instead it combines the Muramasa’s own sword crafting skills with a hint of modern ninjutsu & kenjutsu techniques to generate effective strikes with overwhelming damage output.
The sword is a “Tachi” not a Katana, with chakra receptors all around the hilt that manage inflow and outflow of energy across the sword and the user (general electrical energy from lightning release, but may involve other elements if used with a Custom jutsu). The hilt includes a switch the activates the receptors allowing the user to freely channel energy across the sword and his body. The sword is a vibroweapon, a high frequency blade similar to the ones used by Kirabi and Sasuke, meaning that it uses electrical energy to generate molecular vibration which, on physical contact, breaks the molecular bonds of other matter allowing the blade to effortlessly cut through objects. Murasama’s ancient sword development techniques were used to design the blade which makes it highly conductive, the different layers of alloy makes use of the peltier effect to keep the heat energy at the swords core without radiating any outside, the reduced loss of energy combined with the continuous supply of lightning chakra from the user soon charges the blade, changing its color to red. The sword leaks out electrical electrical energy of red wavelength, the red color is an indicator of the abnormal amount of energy flowing through the blade which allows Muramasa to cut objects better more easily than any other weapon known. The cutting potential of the sword could be defined with examples, Flying Swallow technique and both Sasuke and B’s vibroblades are able to pierce through steel with their weapons, Muramasa only takes this ability further effortless piercing through diamond, further more making it extremely lethal for person if hit directly by blade.
However this attack strength, abnormal as it may be, isn’t Muramasa’s primary ability. Muramasa’s main feature is its sheath: where the sword helps maximize the cutting ability, the sheath helps the user muster enough strength, this means while Muramasa has the potential to cut through diamond, it is unable to without the proper input of force. Unique to the sheath is its ability to store energy for burst damage when unsheathed, its features a trigger which when released would launch the blade outside for a single “Quickdraw” technique, which provides the necessary strength to perform such a powerful slash. The Quickdraw technique is Muramasa’s signature skill, when released the blade is launched out of the sheath like a ballistic shot which allows a swift Iaido strike extremely difficult to track within close proximity. The technique would however possess a downside in precision, because of the speed of this technique the single strike wouldn’t land if used either a second early or a second late. Quickdraw skill generates great force, combined with the piercing ability of the blade it allows great feats for both offense and defense. I.e. If the Quickdraw ability is used to slice through an earthen projectile aimed at the user, Muramasa would slice cleanly through the projectile, but the force granted by the sheath will be enough to alter the trajectory of the projectile and divide it to move past the user without harm. For intangible objects, such as Wind or Water, the strike force will distort the shape. The Quickdraw skill ensures that the blade destroys anything with the potential to be harmed (With the exception of Indestructible objects and anything else within reason, the ability is not absolute), the damage is further enhanced if combined with techniques that allow extreme movement such as the Lightning release armour or Swift release Shadowless Flight technique due velocity multiplying force. The sheath is capable of holding other forms of Chakra and electric isn’t the only type of energy that can be channeled through the sword allowing it to be used for the user's other elemental CJ.
