I'll say Mt. Myoboku. Snakes, judging from Manda don't seem too friendly. We don't know if Shikkotsu Forest has a Sennin Mode type or a person/animal/thing that knows Sennin Mode and teaches it. And I would rather have Ma/Pa as summonings than the Manda or whatnot.
