Background Info
History:
Ruyu has only one goal in life. That goal is to never kill again.
He grew up during the Bloody Mist period in his village. Ruyu's parents were killed by people form his own village for treasury upon the Mist. Ruyu was too young to realize at the time that he even had parents, more-less that he would be the legacy of the tarnished Kenshia name.
The childhood days of his were fair enough. He noticed some people would say rude things about him or would tend to simply stay away from him, but it never bothered him. He loved the seclusion and wanted more than anything to be a swordsman who's name would be heard in all 5 Great Nations. He honed his swordsmanship skills daily, which at the time he bragged about constantly.
It all changed, unfortunately, when he entered the academy in the Hidden Mist to become a Genin ninja. Teachers seemed to avoid him and would sometimes even outright ignore his presence. He had never cared before when this happened, but he truly felt isolated now. One day he asked one of his teachers why people treated him differently. He was then told the story of how his parents were highly regarded swordsman ninja in the village, until one day when everything was ruined for them.
His parents were sometimes made fun of for being too soft in a battle era. One instance was when they captured a Leaf Ninja attempting to infiltrate the village. Instead of using basic protocol of death then investigation of body his parents let him live because they felt bad that such a low level ninja was sent to his death by The Leaf Village. They promised to let the ninja live if he left and never returned. A few months later the ninja returned and successfully assassinated a high ranking Anbu Black Ops member. He was caught shortly after, however. During the investigation and interrogation of his body the Hidden Mist found that his parents had left this man to live. They were immediately sentenced to death by the village. They accepted death with no fight and left their last wish that their boy not be criticized for his parent's mistakes.
At this point Ruyu didn't know what to think of his parents. However, after a year at the academy he started hating them. He blamed them for the way he was isolated and the unfair treatment he received. He wanted to prove to the village that he was Ruyu Kenshia, not just his parent's son.
A particular day came about where he just couldn't get over his hatred for his parents and his life. That day a Chunnin which had just been promoted started picking a fight with Ruyu, He accepted the fight and went into a small moment where he blacked out. When he came-to he realized that he had killed the Chunnin with his sword and tarnished the remaining body with multiple throwing stars.
He thought after this he would feel happy, but all that was left was a bigger gap than what was there previously. He destroyed his ninja tools and his prized sword which had been passed down through generations of his family of swordsman. He tried to fill the gap he had by being something other than a ninja, but soon realized that for him to be happy he had to be a ninja. He decided his ninja way was, 'Punishment by the sword, but death by a higher power than him.'
Other
He replaced his sword with a reversed-blade sword. This sword could severely injure someone, but would never give off a finishing blow. An image of his sword can be found here:

~Approved~ edited a lot of stuff. Or you are a samurai or a ninja, not both, so I made this a ninja bio. Secondly whatever you said about lightning clone didn't make any sense at all. You didn't learn that jutsu, so don't put it there. Also follow the template completely
