Nah, perfectly clear.
There was this guy, named Urek. He was bored, and went on an adventure. And there it was, just a little outside his village, someone, a fodder, weak. The kid sure was ugly, and Urek had to get rid of weird looking thing because such a thing should not exist on this earth.

Urek didn't move a muscle and simply kept staring at the kid with... quite a disgusted expression on his face. As if he was looking at poo, ugly ass dog poo. Poo, needs water to get rid off. So with that being said, chakra was getting poured into the water in front of him, granting him the ability to control the water and shape it to whatever he desires.

The words left his mouth as an enormous dog shaped out of water came out of the water and tried to reach for the kid, grab him, and pull him back in the water like it was... poo.

King after playing lots of Jutsu tennis finds a guy who can actually make it roll with his shitty thoughts about other just because he is a oldie, Urek Kiyoshi was his name, Kiyoshi a rare clan that is feared to some as well as King. As They both met in the same place He saw Urek looking at him like he some kinda good looking guy out of this world but as he heared something about his nose he sees an enormous dog made of water launches at him, King doesnt lose his calm and he turns his body into water the dog comes and goes back coz it cant grab his liquy liquy body doe, Then King

the words left his mouth (XD) as an enormous wave of water moves towards Urek and as soon as the wave gets up King quickly performs two hand seals and turn the ground under Urek into swamp which starts to suck Urek...
